As a customer you can participate in the Kmart Customer Feedback Survey. Your participation of a few minutes of your time to share your shopping experience and satisfaction, also gets you entered into a sweepstakes giveaway where you could win a $4,000 Kmart gift card for some extra shopping.
Kmart is now part of Sears Holding Company and is a mass merchandising business that provides consumers access to a large variety of brands and thousands of products and merchandise. There are more than 1,300 retail stores across the U.S. The company sells it's merchandise both online, over the internet, and in-store sales. The product line consists of virtually just about anything you may need. Some of the stores also contain a full service grocery with foods and goods available with the discount store. The very large Big Kmart stores can carry close to 100,000 SKU's, or stock keeping units.

As you access and enter the survey website you can choose to take it in English or Spanish. There you will see a link to rules of the sweepstakes that you will be entered into upon completion of the questionnaire. You will have a chance to win a $4,000 Kmart gift card in the quarterly sweepstakes drawing giveaway. No purchase is necessary and a purchase does not increase your chance of winning. There are three ways to enter the sweepstake which are with a code, complete the feedback survey or mail-in your entry request.
To start, you will need to enter the 19 digit number that is located on your store purchase receipt. Carefully enter the 19 digits without any spaces. At that point you will proceed to the questions. It will only take a few minutes to complete all of the feedback questions and it gives you a chance to let the Kmart management know how your shopping experience was in their stores. It also gives them the opportunity to make sure that they can improve upon areas where they be lacking. You have to enter to get a chance to win the prize.

I just spent 15 minutes standing in line at the Brookhaven, PA store. One checkout line which was blocked because of some pricing problem. Finally a second register was opened and another 15 minutes before I got checked out.
That's why people don't like to shop kmart. It takes too long to get out of the store

store #3931 is one of the best k-mart stores i have been in. the staff was very helpful, the store was very neet and clean. the selection was very good. the isle were clear and very wide. the pricing was equal with other stores
Whenevcer i go to Kmart the employees are very helpful no matter what department you are in. They are very considerate of your needs and i love the layaway plan which i do use once in awhile. The lines are short and no long waiting time as you do at Walmart. Kmart store # 7029.

The employees at the K-Mart store in Grayson KY are very helpful. It would be nice if they could get another register going when the 2 they have are backed up.
I always shop at K-Mart. I do not worry that a Walmart coming to town will close them down. Walmart is way to big and it is very hard to find the things you are looking for. I have gone to walmart looking for only a few idems and it took me forever just to find them. "Walmart is way to big for me."

I want to make a pleasant comment about a employee. Gerard in the electronics department on August 21st was very helpful about a cordless phone. I sure did appreciate his input on a phone and he was very pleasant about it.
