I have Elite dsl never worked right speed 2 to 4 mb was susposed to get over 5mb can't downstream under 5 mb had to give up netflix down streamming internet drops down around 4:00 then you CAN'T USE DSL THEN
We realized sometime ago that AT & T took us to the cleaners re their DSL. From the records we do still have they owe us at least $2,500.00. Maybe this time we will get at least a portion of our money back.
iHAD dsl for years it never was fast.AT&T HAS BEEN RIPPING OFF COSTOMERS FOR YEARS.

Now I understand why my computer is slow its the DSL
my name is carol burton- guerra, i had att back in 2009 of feb.internet and phone service . when i call for internet protection they send me to dsl department and at that time i was tring to get prorection for my high speed service and they told me i had to buy the protection ,then then they could add the protection for my deat top . i let them debt $139.00 out of my account in order for me to get the protection. they att ,dsldepartment found out that i had a nortern protection on my dest top so they could not provide me with their service ,i had to get nothern ,ok i went and install nothern , when i call dsl department back for my return of my money they said it would take 7 days for my money to come back to my account , i waited and waited , sence feb. 2009 they have not yet give me my money back to me . that was my money , my hard earn money that was never return back . its now 2012 and i have not yet recieve my money from them ,and for as att my phonr service was just a line for no long distant just the basic only, i come home from work one day and they say i had a 800.00 bills from long distant on my phone . how can that be when i just had a basic line only . i feel that they was taking avange of me trying to make me pay for something that i didnt have . they way they did me i never have had att or their dsl service again , i have had phone and ipad given to me as gifts and they never been use because they require att service. and i do want my money back from them even if it just my $139.00 they took and and never return , that was my money! sincerely, carol burton-guerra
